This program allows younger children to explore their passions. Each lesson is taught by an experienced high school student who is eager to help young children to explore their passions.
You can register and drop classes throughout the first and second week! Start date listed for each class.
Math (Grade 1)
Intended for grade 1 this math class will cover the foundations for elementary math.

Introduction to 3D Design
In this K-5 class we will cover the fundamentals of 3D modeling by mainly using Tinkercad’s built-in tutorials and software to make basic project models such as cars, houses, and rockets.
Tuesdays 1:30-2PM

Chess
This class is for students in Grades 3 – 8 who are new to chess or know the basics. We’ll start with piece movement and rules, then learn strategies, openings, and fun tricks. No experience is needed! Whether you're learning for the first time or want to get better, this class will help you grow step-by-step.

Math 6th Grade
Intended for advanced elementary or entering 6th grade students to learn the fundamentals of middle school math.

Friday from 4 to 5 PM
Starts June 13th
Spanish (Beginner)
This class is for students, mostly in grades 5-7, to build a basic foundation to learn Spanish in the future to help their future. For this class, students do not need any background knowledge, but just the passion to learn a new language.

Mondays 3-4PM
Starts June 16th
Math (Algebra 2)
This course will dive deep through the most complex units of Algebra 2, including statistics, matrices, logarithms, and the unit circle, in order to strengthen their foundations for the year ahead. On top of that, we will be covering ways some of these units are incorporated within the SAT, with additional preparation on in-person lessons.
Classes will be on certain Sundays and Mondays - please check syllabus below for more detail. All virtual with in-person options if wanted.
